Renewed ISO certificates

In March 2025, we had surveillance audits from SGS Croatia to renew our ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates. The surveillance was successful and we once again proved the orderly and responsible operations of our company.

Medicina Trgovina d.o.o is proud to announce the successful renewal of its international certificates ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, issued by the renowned certification company SGS. These certificates confirm our commitment to the highest quality standards and responsible environmental management, further strengthening the trust of our customers, partners and the wider community.

ISO 9001:2015 is a globally recognized standard for quality management systems, while ISO 14001:2015 confirms our focus on sustainable business and environmental protection. These standards not only define our internal processes, but also continuously encourage us to improve all aspects of our business – from procurement and warehousing, through logistics, to customer and partner relations.

The recertification process conducted by SGS included a thorough analysis of all segments of our business. We are pleased that the results showed that Medicina Trgovina d.o.o consistently meets and exceeds international criteria, thanks to the professionalism of our employees, clear procedures and continuous investment in improvements.
